CopyWrite - Sorrow - Feat illogic - Video

Welcome back soldiers. The resistance is still alive and operative. Although Todays message is nearly a year old, All we want from you this holiday season is to finish the year on the right foot. We strongly suggest watching the Official Music Video to the Song "Sorrow" By CopyWrite and iLLogic.

Watch the video then look in the mirror and kill a few demons, Shake it off, hit the streets and destroy a few robots. Life is short and if we are not focused on our mission, time may end up being our worst enemy.

MutantEmcee.com is always going to support real Hip Hop and we all know Copywrite is a very talented lyricist. Most of us cringe when we hear local stations play music without soul. Radio Station do their job like working at a wherehouse factory. They push the button without even giving artists like Copywrite or iLLogic a chance. It is even harder to fatom our resentment when artists like Copywrite release music with postive or meaningful messages only to stand an even lesser chance of real radio play.

If and when the resistance prevails we solemnly swear that we shall "lock ourselves in a room and congregate until we have a true farm system for discovering artists" just as the New York Yankees or Detroit Tigers use to find talented ball players. Lyricists with the talent of Copywrite need to be heard, even more so with the message are from the heart and real life expiernces.

If you dont who Copywrite is we suggest you clear you schedule and get your google on. Everyone else can can peep the video and catch the next update from Copywrite on his Facebook Page.

Reznoc is The Business

He is REZNOC, a hip hop artist coming out of CT, a native of Norwalk, CT. He has been following his passion of creating music and verses since he was a kid. To this day  REZNOC is still always working on verses with inspiring lyrics and truths that come to him. His lyrics and emotions are the truth drawn out of real life circumstances and his music resonates with people as soon as they hear his tunes. His voice and style is a fusion of DMX, Kanye West, and Cee Lo Green, but he is musically creative & talented in his own right.
Reznoc now has his own label Who Want It Ent. (W.W.I.) and has recorded well over 200 tracks throughout his career. With every song surpassing the last, he is the creative force behind it all and his creations have become worthy of mainstream attention.

Not only is he a musician by nature, he is also an accomplished basketball player, MMA Fighter, and Personal Trainer, striving for only the best in life. Now Playing Ricky Mena

Mutant Emcee Radio is now featuring the Bay Area Freshman of The year Ricky Mena. You can vote for him on Facebook at facebook.com/BayAreaFreshmen10 and follow him on Twitter @RickyMena22 for more updates. Get to know the very talented lyricist and peep his bio and video below.

Ricky Mena was born two months premature, while his mother was 10,000 feet in the air on a flight to Kentucky; In short, Ricky Mena was born to fly.

Although his birth place is Fort Knox, Kentucky, Ricky moved to Oakland, California at an age too young for him to remember. As a young child, Ricky fell in love with music. While still in diapers, Ricky would sit at his grandmother’s record player listening to old Beatles albums while wearing headphones bigger than his head. As Ricky grew older, he became addicted to the lyric aspect of music. Ricky began writing lyrics of his own at the age of 9 in the form of poetry, and by the age of 12 he began combining those poems with some of his favorite instrumentals. After recording his first song on cassette tape with just a tape recorder and mic, Ricky knew he would dedicate his life to his music.

At the age of 2 Ricky's family moved to Pittsburgh, California where he was heard by a local DJ by the name of, “Slammin Sam,” who introduced Ricky to, “Rappin 4’tay." Through their collaboration, Ricky was able to record his first professional song, “Get Ready,” at just 16 years of age. Just three years later, Ricky released his first album titled, “This is me.” His second album titled, “Warrior,” was released when Ricky was just 21 years old. Shortly thereafter, Ricky moved to Long Beach, California, where he focused his efforts on his success and “making it big.” Ricky successfully networked his music, and was able to create a mix tape titled, “Above and Beyond.” Since then he has been able to work with a number of notable artists, including. B-Real of Cypress Hill, Hood Surgeon (Dr. Dre’s son), Tekneek (Kurupt’s producer), Mellow Man Ace, and many more.

Currently, Ricky resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where in 2010, he began booking a large number of live performances at local venues. Since doing so, he has seen both his fan base and his presence in the Bay Area’s music scene, grow significantly. Ricky’s fans know him as a hard working man, and respect his dedication to his music. Tired of working hard labor, Ricky feels the urgency to make his dreams a reality now more then ever. Ricky’s turn is now.

With a deep honesty, and raw form, Ricky is passionate, driven, and talented. Ricky’s music exhibits a profound depth not often found in mainstream Hip-Hop/Rap music today. His poetic flow is both inspiring and intoxicating. He speaks from the heart, and his energy is contagious.

Dizaster vs DNA - Rap Battle

This is an nnstant classic. It might even be the battle of the year. After seeing just the first round from both emcee's we refused to change the channel. King Of The Dot has done it again. For the past few years KOTD has been one the premier battle leagues not only in Canada but holding a fair amount of respect around the globe KOTD is still on the rise.

This Battle features two Emcee's who both record and battle. Both have a long history and animosity toward each other and they each had ample amount of time to prepare for the vent. With shots at each others mother, fathers and friends this battle gets the adrenaline pumping. It's Amazing how many times, how man different ways these lyricists can say what they feel about one another. Pure entertainment.

If you didn't know the history of these two competitors your wouldn't have wait too long to get the idea of the how intense the Dizaster vs DNA rivalry has become. This battle quickly morphed into a special battle. It truly is a must see for real hip hop fans. Rap star Drake is even in attendance and even though he wasn't showing his skills, it was almost as nice to see him contributing to the real elements of Hip Hop. At first it was thought Drake was just a co-host but in fact, it was Drake who sponsored the battle between Dizaster vs DNA. In normal battle situation its a gamble between opponents, winner take the money. However in this uncommon scenario, Drake earned some Mutant Emcee crediablity when he put up his own $3,000 just to see these two squash the beef once and for all.

It's hard to imagine how one battle can squash a beef. In most situation one battle or even 5 battle wouldn't end the Rivalry, but remember, this battle is special. Watch the classic main event and drop your comments.. It's an hour long so get your popcorn and soda pop.

2012 Ras Kass

West Coast Emcee Ras Kass didn't have to make a comeback real heads know he never left. Fans across the globe stay wishing mainstream rap would commit suicide and allow more deserving emcee's like Ras Kass to get more shine. Overall the way a Mutant Emcee sees is.... Underground isn't so bad. After All, at least when you hear the name Ras Kass come up in Hip Hop conversation you know that cat who brought him up is a real head.

Ras Kass has been staying busy working on numerous projects for fans and you can find his new collaboration with Doc Hollywood called Spit No Evil all over the web including sites like DJ Booth.
Just last month Ras Kass released the official video to Hole In The Ozone and its sure fire for Mutant across the globe. It touches on the lyrically and creative mediocrity that is forced upon us from the radio powers that be. Its great to see that after all these years Ras Kass is still the same emcee he used to be.

Big Wax - Need

This is an instant classic. It's very rare for a song or artist to come along with a complete originality and still manages to touch every type of fan. Grandpa's and Grannies all the way down to the pre-teens, everyone will get a kick out of this video. The concept "Need" was masterfully thrust into the instrumental canvas and the artist known as Wax should have a #1 hit. We say should because we all know how screwed up the industry is but the gut feeling is that whether the song reaches #1 on the charts or not, it is still an instant classic.

Unheard of in the realm of Mutant Emcee, Wax is quickly turning heads and making fans. Soon the name should be well known across the globe and we can only hope that Wax continues to release material with such creativity, yet so meaningful. In an economy so bad, Wax touches on our relentless need for what is sometimes meaningless. Mc Ribs from Mc Donald's, Kim Kardashian's love life and everything else that is really unhealthy and unproductive but somehow became a need of our society became the focal point of Wax's lyrical tirade. To make a long story short, the video is like a comical slap in the face at a crank type pace.

The video is a must see, The song is a must have and if you must... you can follow the man known as Big Wax on Twitter and Facebook. Check out the video below and drop your comments.
